The Idea

Less a website. More an ordering engine.

For a slice shop with a to-go window, the site isn't there to be admired. It's there to take an order and get it to the kitchen. The first-time visitor should be able to build a pizza and pay in under a minute. The regular should be able to reorder their usual in two taps.

So we've broken the build into three brackets. Start lean and add ordering later, or launch with the full order-and-pay flow wired into Aloha from day one. Same design language, same brand Celisse is building. You just pick how much of the machine you want running at open.

Three tiers. One brand.

One-time build price shown with 8.25% TX sales tax included. Card processing passes through at cost, never marked up.

$900 + 8.25% TX tax · one-time build
  • Custom branded one-page site
  • Full menu with photos, hours & location
  • "Order ahead" request form
  • Order lands with the kitchen by text / WhatsApp
  • Mobile-first, fast, AEO/SEO-ready

Group Platform
Phase two, after Cinci opens: the same engine, extended and restyled across your concepts.
$4,221.75
$3,900 + 8.25% TX tax · one-time build
  • Everything in Order & Pay, plus
  • Customer accounts & one-tap reorder
  • Loyalty (via Aloha Loyalty / Fishbowl)
  • Order analytics for best sellers & peak times
  • Restyled for Casa Pantera, Palomino & future spots
Not sure which? Most single-location slice shops open on Order & Pay. It's the smallest build that actually replaces phone orders at the window. We can always start there and grow into the platform later.
How It Works

From "I want a slice" to the oven

Click each piece to see what we build and where the tiers differ.

01
Branded storefront & menu

The face of Cinci Slice online, built to the brand Celisse is developing, not a template.

  • Hero with the Cinci Slice identity, a single clear "Order Ahead" action
  • Full menu (slices, pies, sides) with photography and pricing
  • Hours, location, and to-go window details up top where they belong
  • Mobile-first and fast; structured so Google & AI assistants surface you

Included in every tier. All tiers

02
Online ordering & payment

Where the order actually gets built and paid for.

  • Build-your-order cart with modifiers (size, toppings, sides)
  • Checkout with card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processing at cost, never marked up
  • Pick-up time selection so the kitchen isn't slammed all at once
  • On Storefront, this is a simpler "request" form instead of live checkout

03
Aloha POS integration

The order shouldn't live in a separate app the staff babysits. It lands in Aloha alongside walk-up tickets. We do it the proven way: a certified connection layer, not a fragile custom hookup that would put your open date at risk.

  • Online orders inject into Aloha as pre-paid, zero-balance tickets
  • Built on a certified integration, which skips the months-long custom-certification path
  • You already run Aloha, so we build onto your existing setup and coordinate access with your current dealer
  • One source of truth for sales and end-of-day reporting

04
Getting the order to the kitchen

The POS lives up front near the window; the oven is in the back. The order has to reach the line without anyone watching a screen. For a slice shop, paper wins:

  • An Aloha-connected printer at the oven fires the ticket automatically
  • The ticket tapes to the box and becomes the pickup label at the window
  • "Order ready" SMS to the customer by name, so the sidewalk stays clear
  • Optional expeditor screen at the window if you want live status

05
The repeat-customer experience

The thousandth visit should be faster than the first. This is the phase-two work, best added once Cinci is open and steady.

  • Accounts with saved details and one-tap reorder
  • Loyalty via Aloha Loyalty / Fishbowl
  • An analytics view of best sellers and peak times to staff around
  • The same engine restyled for Casa Pantera, Palomino, and whatever opens next

What we charge to keep it running

The build is one-time. The only ongoing cost from us is a light care plan. Online ordering also uses a couple of outside services (payment processing and the connection into Aloha); those are billed directly by the providers at their standard rates, separate from us, and nothing is marked up.

Timeline

Live before the doors open

Sequenced against your September target. The earlier we lock the tier, the more test time we get at the window.

Day one
Kickoff, and line up Aloha access
Lock the tier, receive the branding from Celisse, and start coordinating order access with your existing Aloha dealer right away. That step has the longest lead time, so it goes first.
Weeks 1–2
Storefront & menu build
The branded site and full menu go up. You get a preview link to review on your phone.
Weeks 2–4
Ordering, payment & middleware
Cart, checkout, payment, and the middleware connection into Aloha wired and mapped to your real menu. (Order & Pay / Group Platform.)
~30 days out
Menu freeze & test orders
Lock the Aloha menu, run end-to-end test orders including half-and-half and modifiers, and confirm the pre-paid tender closes clean.
Before open
Soft-launch & staff walk-through
Run real orders through the window, train the line on the flow, then flip it live.
After open
Phase two
Restyle the same ordering engine for Casa Pantera, Palomino, and future concepts when you're ready.
